Refund Policy
This page explains how refund requests are handled for Ivela workspace subscriptions and what information we need to review a request.
Starter plan
Starter is free and therefore does not create a paid refund scenario.
Paid plans
Refund requests for paid plans are reviewed manually. We look at subscription status, order timing, payment records, service usage, and any fraud or abuse indicators before making a decision.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ivela.cn.
- Include the workspace name, order date, payment email, and the reason for your request.
- Attach any transaction reference, receipt, or screenshot that helps identify the order.
Response timing
We normally acknowledge refund-related messages within 2 business days. More complex cases may take longer if we need to review usage, payment history, or provider-side records.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can review the order and payment record with you before a chargeback is opened.
