- Invoice draft data, OCR text, preview output, rule-check output, and usage records.

- To provide the drafting, checking, preview, and workspace features of the service.

Retention
We keep account, billing, and audit information as long as needed to operate the service, handle support or disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.
